Can't start an SAS® Viya® (Pay-As-You-Go) service

- I created new microsoft azure account.

- I link a credit card

- I create the 'SAS® Viya® (Pay-As-You-Go) service'

- got the following error:

The property 'securityProfile.encryptionAtHost' is not valid because the 'Microsoft.Compute/EncryptionAtHost' feature is not enabled for this subscription. (code : InvalidParameter, cible : securityProfile.encryptionAtHost)

You need to register "Microsoft.Compute", which is required to create/update SSH keys.
